We manufacture and assemble precision low gas pressure detection instruments, consumer goods and medical aftermarket replacement parts. Work instructions, quality control plans and Japanese lean initiatives are the root cause of our zero defect output. We take the time to do things right the first time then focus on effiency.

Packaging

Blister packaging and heat sealed clamshell packaging is the value added specialty we provide. Multiple 6 stations automated machines make this a low cost option for low volume and high volume customers. In house tooling capability reduce the upfront costs for fixturing and nesting that most packaging suppliers make their profit from.

Injection Molding

Precision custom injection molding is the foundation in which AssemblyRATZ was founded on. We specialize in low and medium volume production using engineering grade materials.
